The building
In 1999 the owner of the building Helmstraat 5, 5a – 5e, in Scheveningen, ordered engineer Rainer Bullhorst to renovate the building appearance and to design a penthouse. Finally, the penthouse was built in 2000 and so far has been unoccupied, due to circumstances. The renovation of the various apartments took many years: room by room, door by door, new wires, new kitchens, new bathrooms etc. The result is fantastic!
You can become part of an exclusive commune, gathered in the Owners association Helmstraat 5. The owner lives on the first floor.
