Rent

Although we prefer to sell the various apartments and the penthouse, rent might be an option. Rent is circa 2.500 Euro per month, exclusive of utilities. We think of a temporary rent for a period of 2 years with extensive warranty claim to make sure the apartment/penthouse will remain in a good condition.

In specific cases it is possible to buy the apartment/penthouse at the end of the rental period. In such a case a part of the rent paid will be regarded as down payment.
